Hi i’m Vithu Yugadeva
Hi, I’m Vithu. I’m a sports massage therapist passionate about helping individuals improve their health, mobility, and performance. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy.
I blend clinical expertise with a personalized approach, incorporating deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neurofunctional acupuncture, and performance therapy into my treatments. Every session is tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, focusing on long-term progress and functional movement.
As a former varsity track and field athlete at York University, I understand firsthand how injuries can affect both body and mindset. I use that experience to educate and empower my patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.
Outside of the clinic, I stay active through weight training, running, and playing badminton. I also enjoy growing my manga collection in my free time.
