  • What to Wear

    Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Shorts for lower body issues, loose tops for upper body.

  • Assessment

    We start with a conversation about your symptoms and goals, followed by a movement-based assessment to find the root cause.

  • Follow-Up Care

    You’ll get a personalized plan may include hands-on therapy, rehab exercises, and movement coaching.

  • Insurance & Billing

    We offer direct billing for SunLife, GreenShield, Empire Life, and SSQ. Otherwise, we’ll provide a receipt for reimbursement.
