Hi, i’m jake!
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for movement, recovery, and helping people feel their best.
When I was 14 and playing hockey, I began experiencing persistent low back pain and was diagnosed with scoliosis. Through treatment, I saw firsthand how powerful hands-on care could be in relieving pain and restoring movement. That experience sparked my passion for rehabilitation and set me on the path to becoming an RMT.
Why I Chose Massage Therapy
I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Brock University and later completed my diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy from Centennial College. Along the way, I’ve trained in advanced techniques including shockwave therapy, cupping, and scraping — which I now integrate into my practice.
My Training
I take a results-driven approach to care, combining hands-on therapy with movement and exercise strategies. My goal isn’t just to relieve pain in the short term - it’s to restore long-term strength, mobility, and confidence so you can get back to the activities you love.
My Approach
When I’m not working with patients, you’ll usually find me lifting in the gym, playing hockey, fixing up my car, or hanging out with my pets. Living an active lifestyle is at the heart of who I am, and I bring that same energy into every treatment.
