Catherine Valles
Hi, I’m Catherine. I recently completed my physiotherapy degree in the UK and I’m thrilled to start my career at Plus Ultra as a clinical assistant, with the goal of progressing soon to a Physiotherapy Resident. I’m dedicated to providing well-rounded care and am particularly interested in developing my skills in pelvic health and acupuncture to better support my patients.
I’ve been passionate about healthcare from an early age, and my journey to physiotherapy was inspired by my own experiences as an athlete. While playing competitive soccer, I worked closely with physiotherapists who not only supported my recovery but also inspired me to pursue this profession. I also spent several years working in physiotherapy clinic administration, which further fueled my desire to be part of someone’s rehabilitation journey.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through bouldering and strength training. I also love crocheting, completing puzzles, and baking.
